Jawaid - President and COO is
the co-founding partner of USDesal International Inc.
Shams holds a Master of Science Degree in Applied Mechanics/Heat
Transfer from Boston University, Massachusetts. Over a
career spanning 25 years, Shams has held several senior

Bill
Wilson - Chief Technology Officer
is a world-renowned and highly sought after wastewater
treatment and water filtration expert. Bill is a graduate
from Harvard University and the University of California
at Santa Barbara, CA and is a member of California Environmental
Health Association (CEHA), and the American Society of
Civil Engineers (ASCE). Among many accolades, his resume
includes a key role in the development of US Green Building
Council Leadership in Energy and Engineering Design (USBC-LEED)
standards. He has designed or contributed to many, international
water-related and wastewater treatment programs and projects.
Bill
has completed several hundred projects during his career
spanning over twenty five years in the fields of sustainable

13,000-Acre expansion of Albuquerque, New Mexico USA;

Tabrizi –
Vice President- Renewable Energy Solar-Hydro-Wind
Technologies is responsible for all renewable energy projects
at USDI. His experience includes 30 years of executive
level industrial, automation, & renewable energy systems
integration. Fred has over 20 years of engineering and
manufacturing experience in semiconductor equipment &
solar energy systems with Fortune 500 companies including
Varian Associates, Novellus and Sierra Solar Systems,
Solexant thin-film solar PV and AG Associate & Mattson
Technology Inc. Mr. Tabrizi spent a decade developing
advanced robotics & automation in platforms for a
broad array of industrial applications. Mr. Tabrizi is
certified by the North America Board of Energy Practitioners
(NABCEP) and is a licensed General and Electrical Contractor
in California & Nevada. He holds a Bachelors of Science
Degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University,
CA.
Ahsan
Sajjad - Vice President Strategic
Partner Development and Marketing, received degrees
in Business and Marketing from the University of Karachi,
Pakistan and has extended his marketing education through
several US Colleges. He experience been as an executive
with several major electronic and start-up companies in
Silicon Valley, California. Most notably, he was VP, New
Business Development for Spin Technology Inc., a semi-conductor
company that specialized in sputtering of gold and silver,
etching and grinding of wafers. His efforts resulted in
multi-million dollar growth for Spin Technology by securing
major customer contracts and orders. At VICU, a silicon
valley start-up, he was a key contributor in 360 degree
camera development and was recognized for his significant
contributions in market analysis and development.
Parvaiz
Zafar
- Vice President Marketing & Sales - Asia
has over 25 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, and
Material Procurement, Business Development, and Infrastructure
set-up in diversified fields. His major contributions
have been in the field of plastics, petro-chemical, oil,
synthetic material and shipment of these products to various
parts of the world. Mr. Parvaiz is multi-lingual and has
demonstrated success using his negotiation, interpersonal,
and marketing skills to close multi-million dollar agreements
and deals in a challenging environment consisting of people
having multi-ethnic backgrounds, cultural heritage, and
origins from various nationalities.
Kevin
Crook - Director of Program Management
holds an Aerospace Engineering degree from the US Naval
Academy and a MBA from the University of Colorado USA.
Mr. Crook developed extensive experience and knowledge
in the fields of water and wastewater and has worked with
several world renowned companies as a consultant-advisor.
In 2001, Kevin created the USDesal company vision of containerized
systems for water treatment. He was successful in building
alliance relationships with Parsons Brinckerhoff Water
Group and other major US water treatment companies. During
the period through 2007, he brought key personnel resources
together to build an engineering and manufacturing platform
while establishing various international Agent and Distributor
Agreements. His longer term vision has been to integrate
water and wastewater treatment design and manufacturing
capabilities with advancing renewable energy technology
capabilities in solar power, wind energy and energy efficiency.
Ian
Parkinson - Board of Advisors
has over twenty five years of experience as a project
manager for multi-million dollar water treatment, wastewater
treatment, and desalination projects. He has worked in
numerous engineering project management positions with
Veolia Water Group, VP Operations with Combined Solar
Technologies and as Senior Consultant for Water Technology
with Parsons Brinckerhoff Water Group.
Scott
F. March - Corporate Attorney
has practiced business law for over 25 years and is certified
as a Franchise and Distribution Law Specialist by the
California State Bar Board of Legal Specialization. He
currently serves as a Vice-Chairperson of the California
Bar Franchise Law Committee. In addition to California,
Scott is admitted to practice in Hawaii and the District
of Columbia. Much of Scott’s work over the years
has involved start-up companies, but he also represents
established businesses in a wide variety of industries.
He holds a Certificate in Franchise Management from Georgetown
University and earned his MBA while serving as a U.S.
Air Force officer.
